Kaster moved to Marco Island from Green Bay, WI in 1986 to work for the Marriott's Marco Island Resort after studying Hotel & Restaurant management at the University of Wisconsin - STOUT. Dave has been a top producing agent for over 18 years. He is a member of Re/Max's Hall of Fame, Chairman's Club, and Platinum Club. Kaster has been able to reach this elite status within the Marco Island/Naples market because of his ability to give his clients "Midwestern Values with Southern Hospitality"   He is completely "computerized" and cites "I use the latest technology to better serve my clients". He has an excellent working relationship with other top selling agents on Marco and in Naples. Kaster has an extensive background in waterfront homesite sales and new construction along with an emphasis in helping sellers exchange their properties. Dave has received his GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute).
