About Tom Williams
Thomas J. Williams obtained his Florida Brokers License in 2006 - He is the Broker/Principal of Williams & Kuhn 1st Choice Realty Group, LLC. in Northeast Ohio, the Tri-county area, the Mahoning Valley. Tom has been a licensed Realtor in the State of Ohio for 32 years and he brings that experience to the Marco/Naples area. He attained his brokers license in 1988. He is also a licensed residential appraiser in Ohio. Tom is a multi-million dollar producer having attained many awards for his sales achievements including the Ohio Association of Realtors Presidents Sales Club for the past 18 years. Tom is very active in the Youngstown-Columbiana Association of Realtors. He was president of the association in 1999, served as legislative committee chairman for many years and currently is a mediator for the association. On a state level Tom served as District 1 Vice President for the Ohio Association of Realtors and has been on the Board of Directors for the past 16 years. About Bonnie Zaikov
Bonnie moved from Las Vegas to Southwest Florida in 1996 after selling real estate in her first booming market. With a degree in business marketing and founder of her universities American Marketing Association, Bonnie is known to think out of the box when marketing your home.
